I trained a GPT-2-based LLM to create music, even though it sometimes sounds wobbly — it’s fascinating.

A terminal dashboard for AI training runs, written in C with zero dependencies. It’s so light it would probably run on your Casio watch.

A creative solution for never having to wait for the train out in the cold.
Nature Inventory Delta
A project for the Canton of Basel-Stadt. It’s still in its very early stages, and paused for now: the databases that justify it aren’t available yet.

A project developed as part of the CS108 course, featuring a client-server architecture built around a custom communication protocol.
TSP / ant colony
A first try at optimizing Java code line by line. It came out of a project on metaheuristics with Dietmar Meiringer at the University of Basel.
Google Sheets automation
A hands-on solution to speed up the data entry in the work I was doing in 2025 at Öko-Job in Liestal.
